Nanny Profile: Experienced with age group, experience with sensitive children, Montessori and holistically aligned, child-led, knowledge of child development, gentle and calm, engaging and pro-active, organised, excellent communication
Nanny Duties: Engage in creative play and activities, support learning and development, gently encourage independence, foster curiosity, positive role modelling, follow and nurture child’s interests, go to classes, spend time outdoors, undertake usual nursery duties and have a muck-in attitude (housekeeper already in place so no heavy cleaning)
A warm, experienced, and proactive full-time nanny is sought for a lovely family in Islington to provide nurturing care for their 22-month-old daughter. The family follows a Montessori and holistic approach, valuing child-led learning, gentle guidance, and fostering independence. The ideal nanny will have strong knowledge of child development and experience working with sensitive children.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in creative play and activities to encourage learning and development
- Foster independence and curiosity through a Montessori-aligned, child-led approach
- Be a positive role model, providing gentle and calm guidance
- Take the child to classes and outdoor activities
- Support emotional and social development in a nurturing way
- Undertake nursery duties (child’s laundry, meal prep, tidying play areas)
- Work collaboratively with the family and housekeeper (no heavy cleaning required)
- Be open to traveling with the family to the South of France (3 times per year)

- Experienced with toddlers and sensitive children
- Montessori and holistically aligned, with knowledge of child development
- Gentle, calm, and engaging, with a proactive and organised approach
- Excellent communicator, able to collaborate well with parents
- Happy to muck in and be part of a team environment
