We review up to one hundred applications every week and interview only a select number that we believe are suitable.
2. Interviewed In Person
Candidates are called in for a face-to-face interview where we consider not just the credentials on their CV but also their personality, passion, integrity and alertness.
3. Background & Identity Checked
We conduct the most comprehensive background check in the industry. We make sure an enhanced DBS polic check is in place and we check passports, ID documents and Visas.
4. Reference Checked
We don't just rely on written references. We talk to previous employers and get verbal references for our candidates.
5. Pediatric First Aid Certified
We make sure that all candidates have an up-to-date pediatric first aid certificate. In the unlikely event your children need medical help our nannies and babysitters are trained to deal with the situation.
6. Continued Evaluation
Once successfully added to our books, babysitters and nannies are continuously evaluated based on client feedback and our ongoing involvement with them.
Snuggles Childcare remains open as normal to calls and enquiries for temporary and permanent childcare. We are taking every precaution to keep candidates and clients safe and are following Government Guidelines and NHS Advice. Interviews are being conducted via video calls and we are encouraging live-in childcare options wherever possible.
