Nanny Profile: experienced with age group, knowledge of child development, gentle and calm, engaging and pro-active, organised, confident cook with an interest in nutrition (to support daughters diet)
Nanny Duties: Engage in creative play and activities, support learning and development, follow and nurture child’s interests, go to classes, arrange play dates, spend time outdoors, cook and supervise mealtimes as child grows, undertake usual nursery duties
A warm and welcoming family in Queens Park is seeking a nurturing, proactive, and experienced Part-Time Nanny to care for their 11-month-old daughter. This is a long-term role for someone who is passionate about supporting early development and building a positive, engaging relationship with a young child.
The Ideal Nanny:
- Experienced with babies and toddlers
- Knowledgeable about child development and age-appropriate activities
- Calm, gentle, and emotionally attuned
- Organised, reliable, and proactive in planning the day
- A confident cook with an interest in childhood nutrition
- Enjoys spending time outdoors and facilitating enriching experiences
- Duties Include:
- Engaging the child in creative play, stories, music, and age-appropriate learning
- Supporting emotional, social, and physical development
- Attending local classes and arranging playdates
- Encouraging independence in a gentle and supportive manner
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks as the child transitions into solids
- Carrying out light nursery duties such as tidying toys, child’s laundry, and maintaining clean play and eating areas
